oanacamb · x · 2026-08-02
Google DeepMind (GDM) is actively hiring for its AGI Safety team. Researchers including Neel Nanda and Rohin Shah shared that open roles are currently available across all subteams, with locations spanning London, the Bay Area, and more.
The team emphasized that while there is a massive amount of work to be done to reduce risks from AGI at Google, they are currently bottlenecked by personnel, urging qualified researchers to apply and help tackle these critical alignment challenges.
