Google DeepMind Launches Gemini Robotics 2 for Whole-Body Robot Intelligence

Google DeepMind has introduced Gemini Robotics 2, a family of models designed to power the next generation of adaptable robots. The release introduces several major breakthroughs:
- Whole-body control & dexterity: Enables humanoids to reason through movements, performing complex tasks like walking, crouching, and cleaning up cluttered rooms.
- Multi-robot collaboration: Allows multiple robots to team up and finish jobs faster.
- On-device & adaptable: The intelligence can run locally on-device while seamlessly adapting to entirely new robotic bodies in just a few hours.
