Deutsche Telekom, a giant with 300 million customers and 200,000 employees, has made substantial progress in its internal AI transformation.
Currently, over 50,000 employees are proactively using ChatGPT Enterprise every month. More importantly, rather than acting as a standalone bolt-on tool, AI has been deeply integrated into their network operations and voice customer service channels.
