Grok Build Hands-on: Turns Screenshots into Polished Workflow Apps in 30 Mins

Developer Jason Kneen shared his hands-on experience with xAI's newly released Grok Build CLI coding agent. He noted that by simply providing a screenshot of a workflow tool, Grok Build could generate a working first pass almost instantly.
After about 30 minutes of prompt iterations, the tool refined the initial code into a complete, polished product capable of creating workflows, debugging, and supporting custom tooling. Grok Build also features robust architecture planning, supports plugins, hooks, and MCP servers, and can capture development sessions into reusable skills via the /skillify command.
