MiniMax H3 Video Model Tested: Accurate Motion and Virtually No Censorship
Neggy5 · reddit · 2026-08-01
A user conducted an early hands-on test of the soon-to-be-open-sourced MiniMax H3 model before their Venice AI subscription expired.
Key Test Conclusions:
- Quality & Motion: Text-to-Video (T2V) is slightly blurry but motion capture is highly accurate; Image-to-Video (I2V) at 2K resolution is incredibly crisp.
- Anatomy & Censorship: When testing complex human movements (e.g., belly dancing), the model demonstrated excellent anatomical accuracy, outperforming WAN Remix and LTX. More importantly, it exhibited minimal censorship during testing, positioning it to be a game-changer for uncensored video generation once localized open-source versions are available.
