Amazon Completes $50B OpenAI Investment, Pours $18B Into Anthropic

According to the Financial Times, Amazon has completed a $50 billion investment in OpenAI, securing a roughly 5% stake ahead of the startup's expected public listing next year. Separately, Amazon disclosed on Friday that it has invested $18 billion to date out of a $33 billion commitment to Anthropic.
