Mouse Embryo Cell Lineage Reconstructed with DNA Typewriter, Over 1M Nodes

Jay Shendure's team used DNA Typewriter technology to successfully reconstruct the complete single-cell lineage tree of a developing mouse embryo in vivo. The lineage tracks from the zygote to late organogenesis (E13.5), containing over 1.34 million transcriptionally annotated cell tips and over 1.14 million dated internal nodes.
