USearchMolecules Upgrades to 3D Molecule Dataset to Accelerate Drug Discovery
srchvrs · x · 2026-08-01
The USearchMolecules project has announced a 3D upgrade and a move to Unum Bio. The new dataset provides multiple precomputed 3D conformer geometries for billions of molecules from the PubChem and GDB13 databases. Integrating StringZilla preprocessing and USearch real-time search tools, the project aims to transform drug discovery into a highly efficient similarity search problem.
