Maziyar Panahi tested Inkling-Small by Thinky Machines. Running entirely locally on a Mac with 12B active parameters and 3-bit quantization, the multimodal model supports image and audio processing. In testing, it accurately parsed a complex lab report with 17 rows and 85 cells, and autonomously grouped abnormal results into conditions like anemia and diabetes.
