Anthropic Engineers Run Hundreds of Agents via Graph Engineering

The head of Claude Code at Anthropic revealed that 85% of the company's engineers are now running dozens or hundreds of AI agents daily, driven by a concept called graph engineering.
In a 40-minute discussion, he explained how this new paradigm enables a single engineer to accomplish the work of an entire team, detailing how deeply it has been adopted inside Anthropic and where the workflow goes next.
