A teacher on Reddit complained that ChatGPT (GPT-4o) has suddenly started completely ignoring pre-configured project files and .md formatting instructions. Even when explicitly asked to follow the rules during the conversation, the model does whatever it wants, entering an endless loop of acknowledging the error without fixing it.
