- Nature of Communication: If you have to explain something to a human, there is a 50% chance you will explain it to an LLM the same way, and a 50% chance you will have to explain it in a completely unexpected, probabilistic way.
- Irreplaceability: Despite rapid AI progress, what is not going away is that you will have to know what you want, have the free will to choose, and explain what you want to the machine.
- He criticized the sci-fi narratives coming out of SF as creative but warned against joining the "cult" of tech worship.
