Indie developer Marc Lou shared a massive shift in his SaaS revenue streams: products that generated 90% of his income last year now account for less than 15%. His latest revenue breakdown reveals an all-time high for his SaaS portfolio and startup marketplace (approaching $100K ARR), operating at roughly an 85% profit margin.
His business focus has clearly pivoted. A new project, TrustMRR, has rapidly become his top earner, while previous flagships like ShipFast and CodeFast have seen declining revenues. Meanwhile, DataFast, a data analytics tool he has been focusing on recently, continues to show strong month-over-month growth.
