Firm Holding $5B in Anthropic Seeks Asset Sale Amid Goldman Talks

Situational Awareness, an investment firm holding approximately $5 billion in Anthropic shares, is in talks to sell parts of its portfolio. According to the Financial Times and WSJ, Goldman Sachs is involved in the sale discussions, while hedge fund Millennium Management had previously bid on the stock portfolio.
Following the transaction, Situational Awareness plans to continue operating as a private investment firm.
