Yuanli Semiconductor Raises Over 700M RMB in Series A for Edge AI Chips

AI chip startup Yuanli Semiconductor announced the completion of over 700 million RMB in a Series A funding round, bringing its total funding to over 1.2 billion RMB within three months. The round was jointly invested by listed companies like Andon Health and By-Health, alongside investment institutions.
Founded in 2023, Yuanli Semiconductor focuses on architecture design and inference chip R&D for the next-generation AI computing paradigm, "Agent Computer." The company introduced a "building block" style AI chip concept, featuring a hybrid adaptive data flow core, Chiplet interconnect architecture, and multi-die scheduling system. In May this year, its first edge AI chip for enterprise and local LLM deployment was successfully taped out and verified.
