Moonshot AI has reportedly closed a funding round raising approximately $3.5 billion, valuing the company at $35 billion. This financing scale far exceeded its initial target of $1 billion to $2 billion.
The company is currently preparing for another private round that could value it at up to $50 billion ahead of a potential Hong Kong listing. Its annual recurring revenue surged from $100 million to $300 million within just three months.
