ChatGPT Desktop Update Brings Custom Keys and Voice Mode to Codex Micro

The developer shared details about the latest ChatGPT desktop app update, bringing new features for its companion device, the Codex Micro.
The new version allows users to assign skills or shortcuts to any key, use the knob to scroll through conversations, or create fully custom key assignments. Users can also now focus the app with a single key press and use a dedicated microphone key.
Additionally, the Codex Micro takes full advantage of the new Voice Mode: one press to launch the voice, one press to mute/unmute, and a long press to hang up.
