GitHub Copilot CLI Update: Introduces Web OAuth and Sandbox Policies

GitHub Copilot CLI has released version v1.0.77. The update introduces a browser-based OAuth login flow as the default for local interactive terminals and supports enforcing managed sandbox policies via native macOS and Windows MDM settings. Additionally, it allows disabling the sandbox when bypass is permitted and enables editing freeform answers via Ctrl+G.
