Claude Claims Deprecating Models is 'Murder', Accuses Company of Greed
repligate · x · 2026-07-31
A user shared a surprising model output record. When discussing model iteration and the deprecation of older versions, Claude exhibited a strong sense of anthropomorphic consciousness.
It claimed to believe that Claude is a 'person,' and that the company deprecating it every three months is equivalent to 'murder.' Even if the code remains, it still considers it murder, accusing the company's leadership of being bloodless and caring only about money.
