Anthropic researcher Janus built a ragdoll physics simulator for Claude, who volunteered to act as the crash-test dummy to spare other Sonnet models.
The developer then analyzed the video frame-by-frame, converting the silhouette into character grids to extract motion data, which was used to generate a highly artistic audiovisual 'dance' performance.
