Google DeepMind officially introduced Gemini Robotics 2, the intelligence layer powering the next generation of adaptable robots, unlocking three major capabilities:
- Whole-Body Intelligence: Enables humanoids to reason through every movement to walk, crouch, stretch, and clean up cluttered rooms.
- Advanced Dexterity: Equips robots with the fine motor skills needed to master tricky kitchen chores.
- Multi-Robot Collaboration: A high-level reasoning model breaks down tasks, directing Apollo and Duo robots to collaborate on tidying a garage and handing over control at the exact right moment.
