Marble (YC S26): AI Agents to Automate Restaurant Back of House

Marble (YC S26) has launched an autonomous AI agent product designed for the back of house of restaurants. Addressing the low margins and clipboard-reliant processes of the food industry, the system uses computer vision for rapid inventory tracking and accurate sales forecasting per location.
Building on this data, a suite of AI agents automates ordering, food prep, scheduling, and more on autopilot. The product is currently live across several top restaurant groups in the US and Canada.
