Simile, co-founded by Stanford scholars including Percy Liang, has announced its Series B funding round.
Investor Bennett Siegel noted that while the rest of the market was thinking incrementally about using AI to optimize traditional surveys, the Simile team pioneered an entirely new field: agent-based simulations. This paradigm shift is considered a winner-takes-all category, where Simile has quickly established itself as the definitive simulation company thanks to its top-tier team and technology.
