Thinking Machines has released Inkling-Small. The model has 276B total parameters (12B active) and is a quarter of the size of the original Inkling, while delivering highly comparable performance. The weights are fully open. Users can fine-tune it on Tinker or interact with it via text, image, and audio in the Tinker Playground.
