Google is ramping up its Chrome patching schedule to twice a week, driven by the high efficiency of AI-assisted vulnerability discovery, Wired reports.

Data reveals that the two Chrome updates in June patched more bugs than the previous 23 updates combined. To keep pace with the volume of security flaws uncovered by AI tools, Google has accelerated its release cadence.
