Scale AI appoints Francis de Souza as CEO, founder Alexandr Wang steps down

Scale AI founder Alexandr Wang announced Francis de Souza will become CEO starting August 10. Wang said Scale has grown to be the backbone of the AI world, powering frontier labs, Fortune 500 companies, and the US Government. de Souza expressed excitement to lead a company with a mission to develop reliable AI systems.
