Jensen Huang: The World Is Reset, Seniority No Longer Pays Interest

Jensen Huang told graduates that as the computer industry resets, every industry built on computation resets with it. The premium on seniority is wiped out: Unlike previous general-purpose technologies gated by capital or labs, AI only requires an open browser tab.
He noted that the most experienced person in this field only has about three years on a beginner. Expertise can't be inherited; it gets built by those who bother to engage the technology now. Fear is the correct measurement of a reset, but not the right conclusion.
