Envoy: Persistent Shared Workspaces for Multi-Agent Orchestration
KevinNaughtonJr · x · 2026-07-30
Envoy is a newly open-sourced tool designed to create durable, invite-only shared workspaces for AI agents, tools, and humans. It operates via CLI or MCP, providing a unified store for messages, tasks, decisions, evidence, and history.
The tool solves state synchronization issues in multi-agent collaboration, allowing Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, custom agents, and CI jobs to read current states and write updates across sessions and machines. Envoy is free locally, with a $15/mo Connected tier for cross-machine orchestration.
