Voice AI company Gladia has open-sourced its internal desktop dictation tool, GladiaFlow. The app enables voice dictation in any text field across any application, allowing users to dictate thoughts and prompts into tools like Claude, Cursor, and Notion via a simple hotkey.
Powered by Gladia's STT technology, the tool supports over 100 languages with seamless switching, custom vocabulary, and low latency. Gladia noted that the tool was originally developed to boost productivity for their remote team, with the MVP surprisingly shipped by their non-technical COO.
