SuperSplat Editor Tests Stochastic Alpha for Large Scenes: Performance Boost with Noise Trade-off

SuperSplat editor developer @slimbuck7 is testing stochastic alpha rendering for large scenes. It's fast but noisy during camera movement. Currently enabled only for scenes with 20M+ gaussians. Test scene is from Nelson Ghost Town water tower model.
