Open Source TUI Tool agent-manager: Orchestrate Multiple Coding Agents in tmux
khalon23 · reddit · 2026-07-30
Developers running multiple coding agents simultaneously often struggle to track their status and permission requests. To solve this, the author open-sourced agent-manager, a lightweight terminal user interface (TUI) built on Go and tmux.
Requiring no config files or daemons, the tool offers features like:
- Unifying agents like Claude, Codex, and OpenCode into a single, live status list grouped by project.
- Allowing users to answer permission prompts via hotkeys without attaching to the terminal.
- Providing diff reviews where developers can inspect modified files and send line comments back as prompts.
