AI Employee Startup Viktor Hits $25M ARR in 16 Weeks, Appoints Notion Vet as CRO

The expansion playbook changes when the product is an AI employee. Startup Viktor didn't rush to build a sales team; instead, it relied on a self-serve model to hit a massive $25M ARR in just its first 16 weeks.
After proving strong organic demand, the company recruited Robbie O'Connor as its Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). O'Connor previously played a key role in the successful market launches of major SaaS players like Dropbox, Asana, and Notion, and will now attempt to write the go-to-market playbook for AI employees.
