A developer fed an approximately 1100-word purely human-written fiction piece from two years ago into the AI detection tool Pangram 4.
The results showed that the detector made a severe misjudgment about the article's origin, even though only 38 words were actually generated by a local model in completion mode. This highlights the ongoing accuracy and reliability issues with current AI content detection tools.
