LangChain releases OpenWiki: open-source agent for auto-generating and maintaining repo documentation for coding agents
BraceSproul · x · 2026-07-30
LangChain Labs launches OpenWiki, an open-source agent and CLI that automatically generates and maintains wiki documentation for codebases. It creates a repo wiki, connects it to coding agents, and updates as code changes. Inspired by DeepWiki, AutoWiki, and Karpathy's LLM Wiki concept, it helps agents understand codebases better. Install via npm install -g openwiki.
