Claude Builds 3D Moonlight Scene from Scratch: Generates ~1MB of JS Assets
Silver-Chipmunk7744 · reddit · 2026-07-30
A developer shared an impressive test of using Claude to create a 3D moonlight scene. After a few prompt iterations, Claude autonomously generated all the graphical assets and logic code from scratch, resulting in a JavaScript file describing the world that exceeds 944KB in size.
The author expressed amazement at the level of graphics generated from scratch, noting the entire process took about 3 hours on UltraCode. The plan is to eventually develop this scene into a shooter game.
