PaperPush: Open-Source Tool Automates Academic Paper Submission with LLMs
lpachter · x · 2026-07-30
Academic researchers often face the pain of navigating complex submission portals. Lior Pachter, a professor at Caltech, highlights PaperPush, an open-source tool developed by Joseph Rich.
Leveraging LLMs and Playwright automation, the tool fills out and submits manuscript forms automatically based on a specified directory and target venue. It currently supports templates for over 20 journals and preprint servers, with easy options to add more. The author notes that this one-click solution saves significant time and effort in the publication process.
