A Reddit user recently noticed that Claude seems to have entirely removed the 'Thinking' stream from its chat interface. Aside from tool calls, the AI no longer displays feedback about its intermediate processing steps.
The user expressed frustration, noting that this lack of transparency makes it harder to realize if they are missing something or if the AI is heading in an entirely different direction than requested.
