Qualcomm reported Q3 FY2026 revenue of $9.95B (down 4% YoY), beating estimates, with an adjusted EPS of $2.21 (down 20% YoY).
Segment performance showed strong growth in automotive ($1.59B, +61% YoY) and IoT ($1.83B, +9% YoY), while handset revenue declined significantly to $5.09B (-20% YoY).
The company's Q4 EPS guidance of $2.05–$2.25 fell short of analyst estimates of $2.35. Qualcomm projects non-handset revenue growth, including data center, to exceed 60% by FY2027.
