xAI Sues Minnesota Over AI Nudification Law, Defending Grok's Image Generation

Elon Musk-owned xAI has filed a lawsuit against Minnesota's new "nudification" law, which penalizes AI platforms that allow users to generate non-consensual fake nude images.
In the lawsuit, xAI argues that the law restricts creative freedom and constitutes an unconstitutional ban on free speech. This case once again pushes the safety guardrails and legal boundaries of AI image generation into the spotlight.
