Windows Video Super Resolution Hits GA, Using On-Device AI to Enhance Low-Res Footage

Microsoft's Windows Dev team announced that Video Super Resolution is now Generally Available (GA).
Leveraging on-device AI capabilities across NPUs and CPUs, the feature enhances lower-resolution video footage to deliver higher-quality visuals directly on the device.
