Ethan Mollick, a professor at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, points out that current discussions around sovereign AI versus closed AI in enterprises are too focused on IT infrastructure.
He argues that a company's real competitive moat isn't which AI system it uses, but rather how it integrates people, AI technology, corporate culture, and organizational structure to achieve better and greater output.
