OpenAI · x · 2026-07-30
OpenAI announced it will provide researchers with access to its frontier models, including the upcoming GPT-5.6 family.
The program emphasizes business-grade privacy and security: researcher data is not used to train models by default, and participants can invite up to four collaborators. It also includes training, hands-on support, and peer learning opportunities to help accelerate discovery and improve productivity across tasks like grant applications and hypothesis testing.
