Hermes Agent adds local wake-word voice activation across CLI, TUI, and desktop

Hermes Agent now supports wake-word voice activation across the CLI, TUI, and desktop app.
- Say the trigger phrase and it starts a fresh session, opens the microphone, and routes your command through the normal voice pipeline.
- Wake-word detection runs fully on-device and is off by default, so nothing is listened to until users enable it.
- The implementation supports multiple engines, including bundled openWakeWord, sherpa, and Porcupine, with “hey hermes” as the default phrase.
