Pangram launched a public research preview of Pangram Image, a detector for AI-generated images.
The company says it can identify outputs from major image systems such as GPT Image, Gemini’s Nano Banana, Midjourney, FLUX, and Grok Imagine, plus some AI video systems like Kling, Seedance, Veo, and Wan. Internally, it reports 99.5% accuracy on a benchmark of five commercial detectors, and claims it also performs above 99% AUROC on several external benchmarks.
