Indie hacking is shifting toward people who already have distribution

The post argues that "indie hacking" is becoming more viable, but only for people who also work on distribution and business, not just shipping software.
It says the old pattern of endlessly pushing code without building a business is dying. The real upside now belongs to people with an audience or existing trust: an Instagram creator, a parent known in a school board, or a fitness trainer trying to expand can turn that reach into a better indie business than a conventional solo dev.
