Chance team launches x402 Verifier, a payment verification layer for AI agents. It checks whether the token is real USDC, signed terms match quoted ones, and payee is a reputable vendor (via Bazaar discovery API). Runs on Coinbase's hosted CDP facilitator and settles on Base. Each payment gets a signed, verifiable verdict; failure means the agent doesn't sign.
