User says Anthropic’s AI support bot missed a basic support request

A user says Anthropic’s customer support is “utterly useless,” claiming its AI support bot, Fin, can’t understand a basic email intent and that the Claude Code team also failed to respond.
The post is mainly a complaint, but it’s the kind of AI-industry drama people will share because it pokes fun at a company using AI to handle support while apparently failing at the basics.
