TownAI workflow reads the calendar, spots a board meeting, and triggers transcript review

A user says they set up a TownAI automation for board-meeting follow-ups, then forgot about it for a month.
Yesterday, just 5 minutes after a meeting, the system emailed them asking for transcript review approval. It had read the calendar, recognized the call as a board meeting, and kicked off the task automatically.
The screenshot shows an approval flow for an MCP tool in a HITL session, with “Allow” and “Decline” buttons.
