The author says OpenMed 2.0 now has 72 skills that work inside Claude Code, Codex, and OpenCode.
The workflow lets an agent pick a skill and then write the pipeline itself. The accompanying OpenMed repo is a local-first healthcare AI project for clinical NER and HIPAA PII de-identification, running 100% on-device with 2,200+ medical models, 21 languages, and no patient data leaving the network.
