Matt Pocock turns a wayfinding map into a full Cmd+K palette spec
mattpocockuk · x · 2026-07-29
Matt Pocock shared a detailed spec generated from a /to-spec pass on a /wayfinder map for a Cmd+K command palette in the Diagram Playground.
The spec describes the problem: diagram editing currently requires heavy mouse use across multiple pieces of UI chrome, and several important actions are not reachable from the diagram window at all. It frames the command palette as the destination of a larger wayfinding map and turns those decisions into an implementation-ready plan.
